All Inclusive Pricing

Alta Ridge is an “all inclusive” community. You will never wonder what charges are going to show up on your monthly bill. That is because we never charge for all the extras which we happily provide to our residents.

It is common for assisted living facilities to provide “ala carte” pricing. This means that additional services appear as separate charges each month. For example, if a resident wanders, you may find an extra charge. If your loved one needs an extra shower during the week, you again, might find an extra charge.
